Conquer Jet Lag: Chart and Instructions
Use for Standard Time Example for a San Francisco to Shannon flight: You board your flight at 7am in San Francisco. It is 3pm in Ireland. Find the 7am horary point (Stomach) on the chart and massage it for 2 minutes. Then find the 3pm point (Small Intestine) and massage it for two minutes. Two hours later, it will be 9am in San Francisco and 5pm in Ireland. Massage the 9am horary point (Spleen) and the 5pm point (Kidney). Two hours later, massage the 11am and 7pm points. This simple procedure has proven effective in hundreds of cases. Try it and see if it doesn't work for you.
